Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Acute Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts March 23, 2026.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• One (1) year Nursing experience (new to specialty)

Preferred Qualification:

• National Certification in area of specialty upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
