A New York City-basedprivate organization is looking to add alicensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join their staff at one of their facilities in Bergen County.

Responsibilities:

The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will:

• Performhistory and physical assessments as indicated by his/her specialty area
• Developa plan of treatment/care for the patient, includingeducation and follow-up visits
• Makereferrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient
• Maintaincurrent and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient
• Perform other duties, as needed

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or InternalMedicine
