Café General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- $70,000–$80,000 base salary

Café General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities
- 4+ years managing single-unit operations in hospitality or consumer brands
- Proven ability to hire, train, and lead teams
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong business acumen and ability to respond to trends
