Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift position on an Acute Rehab Unit, requiring an IN or compact RN license and AHA BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 24-bed Acute Rehab Unit within a hospital setting
- Provides patient care for post-acute rehabilitation patients
- Patient ratio is 1:6-8
- Night shift hours are 18:45 to 07:15
- 13-week contract assignment
- Will provide nursing care to patients recovering from acute illness or surgery
- Team-based care in a specialized rehab environment
- COVID vaccination is not required
- Only one position submission allowed system-wide for this employer
- Local candidates are accepted but subject to a reduced rate based on the facility's radius rule
- Dress code or scrub color not specified
Requirements
- Active IN or compact state RN license in hand
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute rehab or similar experience
- Nursys verification and primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US address
