Unit Details: Beds: 24 LDRP, 10 NICU Ratios: L&D: 1:1–2 Postpartum: 1:4 Well Infants: 1:4 NICU: 1:2–3 Staffing: RN, Unit Coordinator, PCT, Lactation Equipment: Fetal Monitoring, Alaris IV Pumps Charting: CPN Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Floating: None Requirements: Experience: Fetal Monitoring Procedures: Labor & Delivery, C-Sections Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Dress Code: Black and hot pink scrubs
