**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Campaigns Operations professional to join our Global Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, supporting the execution of world-class campaigns and ensuring our marketing technology stack operates at peak efficiency. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing marketing programs, monitoring lead management systems, and identifying critical areas for improvement. This position offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact on our global marketing effectiveness, working cross-functionally to drive organizational growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work collaboratively across the Marketing Operations team, overseeing all aspects of program and campaign operations from audience targeting and list uploads to email creation, program execution, and measurement.
* Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder our Marketing teams from achieving their campaign execution goals.
* Strategically evaluate our lead management processes to uncover growth levers, address gaps, and propose impactful process improvements.
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operation, and Engineering teams to design and implement insights and systems that foster organizational growth.
* Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across various partners.
* Review marketing campaign performance, surfacing trends and insights to inform and guide the broader Marketing organization.
* Monitor and debug marketing data logs, flows, and pipelines to identify and implement improvements in data quality and process.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 4+ years of marketing operations experience within a Global B2B environment.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Eloqua or Marketo for marketing automation and campaign operations support.
* 4+ years of experience with Excel, demonstrating a strong ability to manipulate and analyze data.
* 3+ years of experience with Salesforce for data auditing and reporting familiarity.
* Strong understanding and practical experience with HTML & CSS for email creation.
* Proficiency with various Project Management tools.
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) for website landing page creation and QA.
* Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management, and marketing attribution models.
* Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into precise technical specifications for execution.
* Exceptional ability to manage multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
