🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift | 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)
Our client, a leading organization in the construction manufacturing industry, is seeking Precast Operators to join their team. As a Precast Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality construction components.
What's the Job?
- Set up and prepare molds for pouring concrete products.
- Accurately mix and pour concrete into the prepared forms.
- Place and secure rebar or wire mesh to reinforce concrete
- Finish the surface of the concrete and monitor the curing process
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and vibrators to move materials and equipment.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical strength to lift heavy loads.
