Otolaryngologist Position in Fort Collins, CO

Join a vibrant and innovative ENT group located in Fort Collins, Colorado. This exciting opportunity is designed for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist who is ready to build a dynamic general ENT practice with an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology. With support from a skilled team, including two audiologists and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will thrive in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Board Certification or demonstrate a true commitment to Board eligibility within three years.
• Work collaboratively with a two-provider team in a patient-centered practice.
• Engage in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings.
• Participate in a 4-day work week, splitting time between clinic and the OR.
• Manage clinic call from home, with an equitable distribution of calls between providers.
• Provide quality care for 20-25 patients per day, with allocated times for new visits and follow-ups.
• Contribute to a Level 3 Trauma facility, focusing on high-quality medical care.
• Utilize EPIC documentation system for efficient patient management.
• Progressively establish a fulfilling practice within a supportive, multi-specialty health system.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Clean malpractice history.
• Colorado medical licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred.
• Open to new graduates through 2025, with the expectation of Board Certification within three years.
• Individuals requiring visa support are not accepted.
• Unwillingness to commute long distances or to work alternative shift schedules is necessary.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.
• DEA must be secured prior to starting.
• TRULY Board Eligible (within five years of eligibility and actively working towards Board Certification).
• Clean malpractice history is mandatory.
