This locum tenens position involves providing general surgical coverage at a Level 3 trauma center in New Mexico with call duties and inpatient care responsibilities. The role requires a licensed, board-certified or eligible general surgeon familiar with trauma, basic plastics, vascular, head and neck, colorectal, and endoscopic procedures. The provider will support multiple communities and join an existing surgical team, working primarily weekdays with call shifts approximately one in three days.
