Job Summary:
Growing Minds Behavioral Health, a leading provider of personalized ABA therapy, is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lanham, MD. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans to meet the unique needs of children and families
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for behavioral treatment
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide training and support to direct-care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
1+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (with BCBA certification)
Strong knowledge of behavioral analysis principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in behavioral data collection and analysis software
Maryland LBA
