Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) night shift position requiring a TX or compact RN license and one year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cardiovascular Recovery Unit (CVRU) within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Care provided to post-cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patient population
- Primary responsibilities include caring for patients recovering from cardiovascular surgery or procedures
- Team-oriented environment in the CVRU
- First time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum one year of recent CVICU experience required
- Valid US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Current certifications from AHA or ARC must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
