Job Details:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN with a strong cardiac background. Experience with Balloon Pump and Impella is required. RN will float to PCU and Med-Surg as needed based on census. Possible extension.

Unit Highlights:

• Ratios: 1:1–1:2 (lower acuity)

• EMR: Epic

• Common Diagnoses: Open hearts, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CVAs w/ TPA, DKA, OD, Telemetrymetrymetry/Stroke, some Neuro

• Patient Population: Adults & select pediatric ICU cases

• Scrubs: Navy, Black, or Charcoal Grey

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (ALL required)

• Strong cardiac ICU experience

• Pediatric experience preferred (not required – manager review case by case)

Scheduling & Floating:

• Weekends: 2 per month (flexibility required)

• Holidays: 1 major & 1 minor

• No self or block scheduling

• Travelers are first to float as needed
