What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily plant operations—including aggregate processing—to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Implement and monitor production schedules and quality standards specific to aggregate materials. Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
Lead and develop plant staff through training, performance management, and mentorship in aggregate production techniques.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to mining, material handling, and dust control.
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and team management skills, ideally within aggregate or heavy industrial environments.
Proven ability to optimize production processes involving aggregate materials and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially in high-volume material operations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across production, maintenance, and safety teams.
Commitment to safety and quality standards in aggregate handling and processing.
