MANDATED Job Requirements:

• Board Certified: REQUIRED
• Active VA License: HIGHLY Preferred, must be obtained by the time of credentialing
• BLS/ACLS Certified: REQUIRED
• Full-Time Availability Starting 8/1/2024: REQUIRED
• Flu Vaccine: REQUIRED at the time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine: Highly preferred
