Roles and Responsibilities:As a Technical Process & Quality Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring the highest quality of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Providing training and support to team members on quality-related initiatives.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Experience Level:- Preferred experience level is 2 to 3 years.
