Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for a role in North Houston, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will provide comprehensive health care, including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses.
• Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
• Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribe medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educate and advise on medical issues as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitor the progress of patients.
• Maintain medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)
• 1 year minimum experience
• Valid TX License
• Current DEA Certificate

HOURS:

• 40 hours
• Patient Load 8-12 Daily
• Outpatient
