Join our growing team in Olympia Fields, IL as a Nurse Practitioner Hospital Medicine. This position is designed for a provider who values collaboration, professional growth, and making a direct impact in the community. You ll be part of a supportive hospitalist team serving a diverse patient population in a 214-bed facility.
ResponsibilitiesRound on patients within and outside the observation unit
Order appropriate tests, request consultations, and coordinate discharges in a timely manner
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the hospital care team to ensure high-quality care
Provide back-up coverage in the Pre-Surgical Clinic when the regular provider is out (illness, vacation)
Nurse Practitioner certification and active Illinois license required
Experience as a hospitalist or working in an observation unit as a provider
Outpatient experience strongly preferred
Must be willing to occasionally cover in the pre-surgical clinic
Strong bedside manner and ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Salary: $135,000 $150,000 plus incentives (based on hospitalist experience)
