Position Overview:

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient assignment starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages in a rural health clinic setting.

Clinical Details:

• Schedule: 4 10s Mon Thu or Tue Fri (your choice)

• Shift Time: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Patient Volume: patients per day

• Setting: Outpatient only

• Call: None

• EMR: NextGen

Requirements:

• License: Active Arizona license required

• Experience: Primary care experience preferred

• Certifications: Current NP certification and DEA
