Registered Nurse - Surgical Unit - Days/Nights

Work at a facility aiming to be the gold standard in healthcare with full-time day or night shifts. Registered Nurse — Surgical Unit. Full-time days or nights in Helena, MT. Permanent role; schedule includes 12-hr shifts (day and night options). - Montana RN license (current) - Graduate of accredited nursing program - BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) - Experience as a Medical/Surgical RN - Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and timely documentation

The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are looking for Registered Nurses to work in the Surgical Unit. Full-time Day and Night shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process as a standard, incorporating elements of holistic family centered care through the collection, verification and organization of data about a patient’s health status, planning for care, implementation of the plan and evaluation.
  
• Provides direct patient care in the clinical setting under the direction of the Unit Director or designee, and the Charge Nurse.
  
• Performs detailed and accurate assessments of critical care patients and completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner according to hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
  
• Works well with other departments, peers, co-workers, and physicians in a teamwork environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Sufficient experience to demonstrate ability to accept responsibility as a Medical /Surgical Nurse (job specific).
  
• Graduate of professional school of nursing required.
  
• Current Montana License as a Registered Nurse required.
  
• BLS (within 6 months of hire) certification required.
