Seeking a board eligible or board certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a stable group as an ER Medical Director in West Burlington, Iowa. The role involves working twelve 12-hour shifts per month in a 30-bed Level III trauma center handling around 100 daily visits, with an excellent work-life balance and scheduling flexibility. Compensation includes high earning potential and a commencement bonus, with opportunities for administrative leadership and a supportive suburban community environment.

Work an average of twelve, 12hr shifts per month.
Fair mix of shifts 7a - 7p, Noon-Midnight and 7p - 7a
30 bed ED with an avg of 100 visits per day
Level III trauma center
Excellent mix of pathology and plenty of interesting cases!
Excellent work-life balance with a fair approach to scheduling and time off planning!
2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grads
A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
Someone who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team's growth
Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.

$525k+ earning potential ($295/hr) and $75k+ commencement bonus with high earning potential from day one.
