• Location: Decatur, IL
• Weekday: 8am 5pm Onsite, PM Call
• Weekend: 8am 12pm Onsite, PM Call
• 1 Week per Month
• Patients per shift: 10-15 per shift (Outpatient scope on select mornings)
• EMR: Cerner/powerchart
• Client will cover travel/lodging expenses
• IL License Preferred (IMLS potentially considered)
