Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, exceptional communication skills, strong analytic and decision-making skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Requires executive presence and ability to influence without authority. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business strategy and business growth. Comfortable working horizontally across all interdependent complexities. Strong power skills, emotional connectivity, creative problem solving and adaptability. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Required: Five (5) years of experience in program or project management, management consulting or related field. Experience working with project management software systems (Microsoft Projects, SmartSheet, Miro, Service Now). Other Information: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or obtained within the first six (6) months of employment preferred.Additional Education Info: or relevant field of study
