Lead clinical growth by collaborating with healthcare leaders to identify educational gaps and design competency-based programs that keep our nursing teams at the forefront of modern medicine.
Create high-impact learning journeys by developing and implementing evidence-based curricula that translate complex clinical standards into actionable, bedside expertise.
Consult on performance excellence by analyzing nursing outcomes and designing strategic interventions that ensure our clinical teams are practicing at the highest level of their license.
Evaluate educational success by utilizing advanced measurement tools to track learning achievements, ensuring our training programs drive tangible improvements in patient safety and care quality.
Standardize clinical competency across the organization to ensure every patient, regardless of unit, receives care from a highly skilled and confidently prepared nursing professional.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing Work Experience: Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking
2+ years Registered Nursing experience in Acute Care or Critical Care.
