LifePoint is seeking a travel Centralized Sterile Technician for a travel job in Warrenton, Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

• Call Requirements: one full weekend a month, Sat and Sun (Sat 7am to Monday 7am)
• Required Certifications: CRCST preferred, not required
• Years of Experience: minimum of 2
• Float Requirements: none

• Additional Notes: Must be familiar with Steris Innowave, Washer, and Sterilizers. Use Sterrad low temp. We do a lot of ortho, spine, and robotic procedures here with DaVinci.

• Number of Beds: 6 plus C- Section Suit upstairs
• Equipment: Steris, Sterrad
• EHR: Meditech

• Supervisor: Mary (Maggie) Depathy SPD Manager, Shawna Cochran Breeden, Periop Director

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: all populations

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years in sterile processing tech role, working in decon and prep and pack doing ortho, basic, spine, and DaVinci instruments.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Work exp in small community hospital, since we use paper records, no electronic tracking
• Personality Fit: Flexiblility, able to work in small team, and have quality mindset.
