Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, midwives, and specialty consultants to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Utilize advanced procedural and surgical technologies, including ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, and robotic-assisted surgical systems.
Participate in a shared call schedule and inpatient rounding to ensure continuity of care while maintaining work-life balance.
Mentor advanced practice providers, engage in ongoing professional development, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and departmental excellence.
