An Occupational Medicine Physician providing specialized care for work-related injuries, pre-employment screenings, and preventive health services in a medical center setting. They deliver personalized treatment to adult patients following a Sports Medicine approach, emphasizing efficient and effective outcomes. This temporary maternity leave coverage role in McAllen, TX offers weekday hours with no weekends or on-call duties.
Location: McAllen is a city in southern Texas. The International Museum of Art & Science has interactive exhibits, Picasso lithographs and European paintings. To the south, Quinta Mazatlan is a Spanish Revival mansion surrounded by woodland rich in birdlife. Set in a 1930s former post office, the McAllen Heritage Center has local history displays. McAllen s many parks include Fireman's Park, home to large Town Lake.

Opportunity:
- Start Date: 4/14/2025 6/13/2025 (Maternity Leave Coverage)
- Hours: 9A 6P (no weekends and no on-call)
- Assignment: 13 Weeks
- Job Details
- All our PT s will see each patient 1 on 1 for an hour- so they will never see more than 8 patients
- a day. Hours are M- Fri, 9 am to 6 pm and all centers close between 1 pm and 2 pm for lunch.
- We treat a strictly adult population, and it is a Sports Medicine philosophy so a bit more of an aggressive approach to treating in an OccMed setting.
- Job Requirements: Must have TX license at time of submission
