Overview:
Seeking an experienced Laboratory Director/Manager to oversee Core Lab, Blood Bank, Phlebotomy, and POCT operations. Role includes quality management, budgeting, staff supervision (65+ employees), workflow improvement, and serving as the on-site administrative leader.
Requirements:
- Must meet CAP requirements for Lab Supervisor
- Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or related field; ASCP required
- 5+ years high-complexity lab experience; 3+ years supervisory experience
- C-Suite exposure, large-scale budgeting experience
- Hospital & multi-hospital system experience required
- Master’s (MBA/MHA) preferred
- Local candidates preferred
