Transportation Logistics Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of transportation logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations experience (resort/hotel/luxury preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing transportation teams and multi-vehicle fleets
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle compliance, and safety standards
- Experience developing or improving transportation programs, routing, and scheduling systems
- Proficiency with logistics software, dispatch tools, and communication platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to support VIP-level service
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
Transportation Logistics Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a Forbes-rated or ultra-luxury resort/hotel environment
- Background implementing or upgrading transportation technology solutions
- Experience supporting large-scale events, weddings, and VIP logistics
- Ability to work cross-departmentally with front office, security, guest services, and events teams to elevate the guest journey

- Develop and optimize guest and employee transportation schedules, routing, and operating procedures
