What You Bring to the Table: Valid RN license in good standing Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing, with the ability to adapt to various patient needs Strong clinical skills with the ability to quickly assess and respond to patient conditions Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to float to other units, such as rehab, based on census fluctuations Comfort working within Meditech EMR systems Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (7 PM to 7 AM) Nice to Have: Previous experience with travel nursing and flexible assignments Knowledge of hospital operations and patient care protocols Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg RN experience Travel nursing experience is a plus, with comfort working in diverse hospital settings Other Requirements: Must be willing to float to rehabilitation units as needed Ability to maintain flexibility with shift timings and unit assignments Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with all regulatory requirements Reliable transportation and ability to commence work starting 26/01/2026 Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay rate of $55.28 Competitive pay packages and weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 employment) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other related expenses 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success Take the next step in your nursing career apply today to join our team of exceptional healthcare professionals and make a difference where it matters most.
