This is a RN Travel position. You must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.

Description:
Level 3 RN - Endoscopy/GI Unit Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
- On call required for overnights and weekends
- 5, 8hr shifts OR 4, 10hr shifts
Job Duties
- Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns
- Observing patient vital signs
- Sedating patients before procedures
- Recovering patients after procedures
- Administering the necessary medication to patients
- Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents
- Preparing the instruments, equipment, and supplies for the procedure
- Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use
- Providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure
- Administering IV drips
Requirements
- NY license ONLY
- BLS Certification (AHA ONLY)
- 2 years previous experience
- Telemetry Experience Required
Skills
- NYS RN License - Required
- 2 years of Endo/GI experience - Highly desired
- BLS - Required
