Locum Tenens Opportunity: Gastroenterologist
Location: Woodland, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Schedule: 24-Hour Call 1 2 Weeks per Month

Practice Highlights:

• Inpatient GI coverage with light daily volume (0 3 patients/day)

• All standard GI procedures required:

  • Colonoscopy

  • Endoscopy

  • ERCP Required

• Quick Response Required: Must respond within 30 minutes while on call

• High-demand coverage due to ongoing physician shortage

• Low-volume but critical-call role with strong hospital support

️ Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

• GI Fellowship-trained REQUIRED

• Active California License REQUIRED

• ERCP-capable REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice history Highly Preferred

• ACLS & DEA REQUIRED for credentialing

• Must be available 1 2 weeks/month starting July 2025
