THE OPPORTUNITY
Indiana's second-largest city needs dermatology capacity. Fort Wayne offers a metro of 400,000+ with genuine Midwest affordability and a practice ready for growth.
This position works for either a general dermatologist or a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon - the market supports both. The practice has established referral networks, modern facilities, and the infrastructure of a 250+ location national group.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $675K Year 1 guaranteed (base + sign-on)
• 45% of collections, uncapped
• General derm OR Mohs - market supports both
• Four-day clinical week
• Indiana property tax capped at 1%
• Full benefits with 401(k) match
• Partnership track

• General dermatology and/or Mohs surgery

• PA/NP supervision opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• ACGME-accredited residency (fellowship for Mohs)
• Indiana license or ability to obtain
