Highlights:

• Specialty: Primary Care/Geriatrics
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume:
• 6-8 home visits per day
• 14-16 patients per day in the clinic
• Responsibilities:
• Provide basic primary care services
• Manage chronic care patients
• Collaborate on treatment planning
• Qualifications:
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• DEA certification
• Experience treating Medicare and Medicaid patients preferred
• Active Texas state licensure (candidates willing to apply for licensure in TX are welcome)
