Southern Mechanical- Plumbing Superintendent (MULTI-FAMILY)
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee the operations of multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will effectively manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while addressing challenges as they arise. Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in the field as a Plumbing superintendent and be familiar with Plumbing/building codes and regulations. Experience with procore or similar project management software, Raken, total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, Top out, managing subcontracted plumbing labor is a must. Bi-lingual is a plus but, not a must.
PAY RANGE: $34-$50 per Hour/ depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and direct subcontracted plumbing labor for efficiency and quality
- Verify all measurements for underground rough-in to ensure accuracy
- Maintain daily web-based reports and timekeeping records
- Track and receive materials using web-based systems
- Ensure adequate supplies and materials are available on-site for subcontractor installation
- Forecast material orders and deliveries 2-3 weeks in advance
- Conduct weekly and daily job site meetings to align team efforts
- Lead web-based safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Utilize basic computer skills for various web-based software applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Plumbing Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of plumbing/building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Raken)
- Experience with total station, underground layout, sleeve layout, and top-out processes
- Proven track record in managing subcontracted plumbing labor
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required
REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 30 certification (Required or must obtain within 60 days of employment)
