A well-established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group with more than 30 years of service to the community is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join its collegial and high-performing team. Practice Overview

• 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group
• Two Emergency Departments located 35 minutes and one hour east of Atlanta
• Both facilities are Level II Trauma Centers
• Emergency Department sizes:
  • 40-bed ED
  • 36-bed ED
• Annual volumes:
  • Approximately 65,000 visits/year (Conyers area)
  • Approximately 45,000 visits/year (Villa Rica area)
• Group includes dedicated Nocturnists and employs experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Physicians work at both locations

Position Details

• 16 eight-hour shifts per month
• Approximately 14 day shifts/2 night shifts
• Strong nocturnist coverage in place
• All current physicians are EM Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Supportive, collaborative group culture with long-standing physician retention

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 Salary: $325,000
• Year 2 Salary: $350,000
• Partnership begins Year 3
• Average partner compensation approximately $450,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
• Start Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000 (actual expenses)

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine only
