The schedule includes call-only shifts, with CNMs taking the first call. Orientation is required on May 4. Credentialing can be completed in as little as five days, with an update on IMLC requirements. Physicians holding an IMLC letter of qualification must complete Pennsylvanias state-mandated education on child abuse recognition, pain management, and opioid prescribing. The role requires experience in deliveries, C-sections, gynecological surgery, circumcisions, and tubal ligations. The facility uses the EPIC EMR system, and a Pennsylvania license is required.
