Position Highlights
- Community-based Hematology & Oncology practice
- 2.5 clinical days per week in San Andreas + 2 days in Stockton (1-hour commute)
- Clinic volume: 15 patients/day; breast, lung, prostate & general oncology
- Weekday call: 1:6 (one week at a time) with average 7-12 inpatients
- Weekend call: 1:8 (Fri-Sun), same inpatient census
- Hospital call covers one hospital only for efficiency
- Significantly reduced clinic load during call week (4-5 patients in afternoons)
- Guaranteed $600,000+ in Years 1-2 (salary + guaranteed bonus)
- Production bonus allows income to reach $600K-$610K+
- Partnership track: Year 3 track, full partner by Year 5
