A board-certified or eligible Neurology Physician providing general outpatient neurology care in Oregon, managing neuromuscular conditions and administering Botox treatments for migraines, dystonia, and sialorrhea. Works full-time with a variable schedule across two office locations and handles significant patient volumes with 24-hour on-call responsibilities one week per month. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nurses, and medical assistants using Epic EMR.
