Position Title: Assembler - 1st Shift

Wage: $18.00 - $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Assembler at a company in Des Moines, IA. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now!

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical cable assemblies
- Follow written instructions (diagrams, drawings, schematics) 
- Assemble wire boards based off written instructions and drawings
- Use hand and power tools for assembly

Requirements for Assembler:
- Able to speak/understand English and read in English
- Able to read a tape measure to 1/8 of an inch
- Able to use hands and fingers to operate hand and power tools and proficiently connect/crimp wires
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a periodical basis
- Able to stand for duration of shift when necessary
