Responsibilities:The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for;
- Examiningand diagnosingpatients for treatment or evaluative purposes
- Workingcollaboratively with Physicians, staff and administration to improve clinical outcomes and quality of care.
- Ensuringthat the delivery of care is efficient and effective
- Consultingwith other Physicians, Specialist and Para-professional personnel regarding care of patients and medical diagnostics
- Supervisingand reviewingthe care provided by mid-level providers and students
- Conductingspecialized research, special studies and services upon appropriate approval
- Assisting in the administrative responsibilities for budget preparation procuring and evaluating equipment and supplies
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- 5 years of experience in a Primary Care and/or OBGYN environment
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of California
- Board Certified / Eligible in Family and/or InternalMedicine
- Familiarity with E-Clinical Works
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal)
