About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with EC Pro expertise to support a mission-critical federal program. This fully remote role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining modern, user-friendly ServiceNow portals while ensuring security, performance, and compliance in a cleared environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow EC Pro, ServiceNow Portal Development, and IT Service Management (ITSM), along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, configure, and test ServiceNow portals and web-based components
- Develop and customize portals using ServiceNow EC Pro
- Update and maintain portal content to ensure accuracy and usability
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards
- Research and implement portal enhancements and updated content
- Troubleshoot and resolve portal, UI, and performance issues
- Follow ServiceNow best practices, accessibility standards, and security guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Active Secret Clearance (must be current)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Advanced experience with:
- ServiceNow Platform
- ServiceNow Portal Development
- ServiceNow ITSM
- ServiceNow EC Pro (required)
- Strong understanding of web development and portal architecture
- Proven ability to document technical solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
