The Dining Room Manager will lead and manage the dining room team in a boutique, fine dining restaurant aligned with Pacific Northwest culinary traditions. Responsibilities include creating exceptional guest experiences, managing budgets, coordinating with the chef on menus, and overseeing small group events. The role requires strong leadership skills, relevant experience in high-end dining, and a willingness to live and work in Pacific City, Oregon.

This position will require living and working in Pacific City, OR.
Dining Room Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a GM or Dining Room Manager for a boutique, fine dining restaurant
- Experience with booking and executing small groups and events
- Experience with boutique hotels highly preferred
- Experience with Forbes standards or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferred
- Strong desire to live and work in Pacific City, OR
Dining Room Manager Responsibilities:
- Create memorable, high-end experiences for all guests!
- Create budgets and forecasts that are accurate, ambitious, and attainable
- Manage the Dining Room team with ownership and integrity
- Work with the Chef de Cuisine on menu offerings and seasonal specials
- Book small group events and ensure proper execution
- Other duties as assigned
