The Membership Advisor at The Edge Fitness Clubs is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting memberships, and creating an energetic environment that motivates members towards their fitness goals. The role involves sales targets, member education on gym amenities, and engaging with prospects both in person and over the phone. A passion for fitness, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential to succeed in this dynamic, team-oriented position.

What You'll DO:
- YOU will change lives
- You will provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
- You will utilize your sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals
- You will create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
- You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features and amenities
- You will deliver on the extraordinary Edge member experience, hellos and goodbyes are a must
- You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
What You Will NEED:

- Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during closeouts or end of month

- Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
