How you'll contribute
A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:
- Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
- Provide educational information to patients in regard to injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation.
- Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
- Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
- Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
- Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Additional requirements include:
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification
