What's the Job?
- Lead the engineering execution of upgrades, conversions, modifications, and uprates for gas turbines and associated combined-cycle plant systems.
- Coordinate across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, field services, and customer stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage technical scope, project schedules, and engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
- Support procurement activities, parts/material requisitions, and installation/field work instructions.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained throughout project lifecycle, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, controls engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of engineering or field experience in power generation, specifically with gas turbines and combined-cycle plant operations.
- Proven project engineering experience including schedule management, scope control, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to interpret and produce engineering documentation such as P&IDs, one-line diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project and site activities.
