OBGYN opening in MTLocated in GlendiveThe OB/GYN Physician will provide professional medical services, including planning, directing, and evaluating health care in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include examining and treating chronic and acute illnesses, performing minor procedures, conducting laboratory tests, writing prescriptions, and collaborating with a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. This position features a low-volume call schedule with a one- and two-call rotation.Duties/Responsibilities:Treat patients and perform clinic procedures and physical examinations.Orient new patients to services and assess needs for treatment plans.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.Prepare necessary reports and correspondence.Attend professional conventions and continuing education programs.Provide coverage during physician absences due to vacations or illness.Collaborate with staff to develop patient care plans.Participate in health care committees and other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Education and Experience:MD or DO degree from an accredited program.Board Certified or eligible for certification.Current Montana medical license.Preferred two years of experience.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 100 pounds to assist patients.Exposure to adverse environmental conditions and potential hazards.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment program and comprehensive benefits.Generous PTO and housing assistance available.
