Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiology
Job Details:
• Outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis for 6-9 months • Clinic-only position with no inpatient, hospital rounding or procedural responsibilities • Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm with no call or weekends required • Approximately 16 patient visits per day, primarily follow-up and established patients • Manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient visits • Provide inbox coverage/management for providers who are out of the office • Must have cardiology outpatient experience and EPIC EMR proficiency • Must possess strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills • Must be comfortable working independently within a team-based care model • Must be proficient in interpreting cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for complex patients • Active Washington state license and DEA required • Clean malpractice history highly preferred • Credentialing timeframe up to 90 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
