Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Patient ratios based on acuity
• Must float within scope to meet facility and department needs
• 2 years of emergency room experience required
• No first-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association only)
• Preferred certifications: CPI and TNCC
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel experience required
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle approximately 130 visits per day in 37-room emergency department
• Work with specialized equipment including Belmont and BS ultrasound
• Skills include arterial line management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line management, IV sedation, trauma care, and triage
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
