Multiple locations surrounding Seattle seeking for a Full Time Locum Family Medicine Physician. Recent provider was awarded a Daisy Award! Rewarding Job for in need community!

• Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
• Start as soon as credentialed
• OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. This is an 8-hour workday w/1 hour unpaid lunch.
• 18 PPD productivity expectation. Chart time built in to schedule
• Experience with low-income setting, FQHC or tribal health is preferred
• Spanish or bilingual is a PLUS
