Duties include daily support of staffing and assignments, providing resource support, supporting preceptor tasks, and fulfilling assigned patient care workload. Education- Associates Degree Requires an Associates in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required
Work Experience- 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care. Current BCLS, ACLS and NRP certifications . Proficient in all patient care settings (i.e., adult ICU, NICU). If limited NICU experience, able to ramp up basic skill set (i.e., delivery support, blood gases, equipment setup) within a defined timeframe Required
Licenses and Certifications- Is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); has and maintains a current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia Required
